What are the show dates and hours, and where is it being held?

CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2020 will be held March 10-14, 2020, in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Festival Grounds.

Do I need to own a company or be invited by a company to attend?

No, anyone can register for a badge to attend. We do ask for your company when you register, because your badge is similar to a business card. When you are interested in receiving more information from an exhibitor, they will scan your badge to contact you in the future. The more accurate the information you provide, the better your experience when they follow up.

Are there any discounts for restaurants, shows or other options?

Of course! Many of our hotel partners have extended discounts at their properties for restaurants, spas, shows and entertainment, clubs and much more! To view all options, visit our Las Vegas Discounts page.
 
Will there be a room for nursing mothers at the show?

Yes, the Las Vegas Convention Center has three options: North Hall 3 Level 1, North Hall Level 2 near room N255, and South Hall Level 2 Bridge Meeting Complex near room S228. There is also a room at the Festival Lot Parking Garage Complex near the Show Management Office.
 
Will there be interpretation services at the show?

Interpreters will be available in the International Trade Center (ITC) Room N250. Interpreters typically give assistance in the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Korean, French, and Italian. There is a two-hour-per-day time limit for the interpreters.
 
What are the registration rates and packages?
 
- Early Bird Pricing (Ends January 17, 2020): $149

- Advance Pricing (Ends March 9, 2020): $195

- Standard Pricing (Ends March 10, 2020): $249
 
The registration deadline is 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
 
Where can I pick up my badge?

There will be numerous locations to pick up your badge when you arrive in Las Vegas, including the airport, several hotels, and three locations at the show grounds. You will receive a communication prior to your arrival at the show which will list all badge pick-up locations. Badges are not mailed in advance of the show.
 
When can I register for a badge?

Registration is open! To register for a badge, or to purchase education and/or book a hotel room, visit our Registration & Pricing page.

What is the cancellation policy for the show badge?

Badges are nonrefundable; however, name substitutions will be allowed until March 1, 2020.

What if I lose my show badge?

For replacement of lost badges you will be charged the original amount paid.

How do I register non-industry guests?

A non-industry guest or child can be added to an existing registration record once a regular show attendee has been registered.

What is the cost for education sessions, and where can I purchase them?

Purchasing education is easy with packages and single sessions. Mix and match sessions between both IFPE and CONEXPO-CON/AGG. Pay one price and select education from both shows! 

- All Access Pass: includes access to the show and access to all education sessions

- All Access Pass Plus: includes access to the show, all education sessions and a USB drive with
recordings of most sessions

- À la carte options (These do not include access to the show; show access must be purchased separately):

- Full Conference Pass: $395

- Day Pass: $195

- Single Session Pass: $69

- IFPE College Courses: $250 per course

- USB Drive: $300. Includes almost all session recordings and is mailed to you within two months of the show.
 
I am bringing my family to the show. Are there any kid-friendly hotels?

Of course, that all depends on their ages and what they like to do to stay busy, but there are some options. This article is very helpful in calling out kid-friendly hotels and activities offered.

Hotels noted to be “on the Strip” are offered in the show hotel block; the “off Strip” options are not, but you can make reservations by calling them directly.

When do I have to decide what sessions to attend?

You do not have to preselect your sessions when purchasing the Full Conference Pass or the Day Pass. Those purchasing either college courses or single sessions will identify their specific interests at time of purchase.

Can I earn professional development hours (PDH)?

Yes, you can log your participation in the mobile app, and PDH confirmations will be emailed within one month after the show.
