Just when you thought there were enough attorneys . . .

The bad news is that there's one more lawyer in the world; the good news is that she's working for you!

We're pleased to announce that AED's long-time Manager of Government Affairs Crystal Maguire was sworn in to the Virginia Bar on November 3. Her new title is now director of Government Affairs. Daniel Fisher, formerly holding that title, is now senior director of Government Affairs.

Crystal, who has been with AED's Washington team for almost seven years, earned her law degree from American University's Washington College of Law in May and passed the Virginia Bar Exam this summer. Crystal has been sharpening her legal talons with the association for several years, most notably by supporting the publication of the two most recent editions of AED's State Equipment Distributor Laws handbook.
