Holt Cat, Irving, Texas, has made several new appointments. Michael D. Grimm has been named district sales manager for Fort Worth. He will be leading and managing a district sales location strategy, resources and operations. Kris Phillips has been appointed a general construction sales representative for Tarrant County. Also, Holt has named Shaun Manning a technical training manager for Pro Tech technical training facilities for Irving and San Antonio. Holt Cat sells, rents and services Caterpillar machines, engines and generators sets in a 118-county Texas territory. JLG has named Masonry Equipment & Supply Co. (MESCO), North Salt Lake City, Utah, a Lull telehandler dealer covering eastern Idaho, western Wyoming and Utah. JLG, a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corp., manufactures access equipment.
