Hensley Industries, a ground engaging tools manufacturer, recently opened a new production facility in China. This new facility, operating under the name Hensley Lingfeng, will produce an estimated 500 tons per month in 2007, with an overall capacity three times greater than the original facility at 900 tons per month.

Felco Industries has appointed Brian Sabers the southeast territory sales manager. Felco manufactures roller wheel and vibratory compaction buckets, as well as bedding and backfill conveyor systems.

Doosan Infracore America Corp., a manufacturer of heavy construction equipment, compact equipment and lift trucks, has added 10 new employees to meet growing customer demand. Fonda J. Caviness has been appointed a training coordinator. Caviness will develop and publish sales and service training materials and maintain all aspects of the Learning Management System.

Felix Colon has been appointed a service trainer. Colon, will conduct training and develop all levels of training class materials. Debbie V. Greer has been appointed a human resources generalist. Greer will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration, records and reporting.

Bryan S. Keever, Jin Namjung and William Plummer have been named export purchasing analysts responsible for acquiring parts and exporting them to Korea for production. Alan Mason has been named remarketing purchasing/refurbishment manager.

Emeka Nwosu has been named a product engineer and will analyze quality issues in engineering specifications, field tests competitive models, benchmark new models and develop marketing materials.

Della Reid has been hired as a receptionist, and Elaine Tomlinson will serve as administrative assistant in accounting.

Kelly A. Lowe has been appointed marketing manager for EquipmentTraderOnline.com, a classified advertising web site for heavy equipment buyers and sellers. Lowe will manage the organization's marketing initiatives and assist with strategic planning.

Craig E. Paylor has been named president of JLG Industries. Paylor brings nearly 30 of years experience working for JLG to the position. Most recently he served as senior vice president of marketing for JLG with global responsibility for business development, sales, marketing, customer service and aftermarket. He succeeds Charlie Szews, Oshkosh's executive vice president and CFO, who has served as acting president since Oshkosh's acquisition of JLG in December 2006.

JLG Industries has also made several other appointments. Chris Mellott has been named vice president of customer assurance; Brent Yohn has been named vice president of field sales and service for North America; and Todd Truax is the new director of training. JLG, a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck, manufactures access equipment.

Karl Rowan will be district manager for the Mid-Central territory for Sakai America. Rowan will be responsible for supporting and training dealers in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ontario, Canada.

Sakai has also appointed Van's Equipment an authorized dealer in the state of Colorado. The company manufactures vibratory soil and asphalt compactors, static rollers, soil stabilizers and rollers designed for Superpave and perpetual pavements.

Matt Fearon has been appointed vice president and managing director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia for Terex, which includes Genie, Terex Lift, Terex Light construction products and Terex Load King.

Serkes Ibrahim has been named president of Champion Road Machinery Sales Co., a Volvo Construction Equipment dealer in Ontario, Canada. Ibrahim replaces Wayne Mason, who retired from Champion Road Machinery after 40 years of service. Mason has been appointed a member of Champion's Advisory Board. Sharron Buchanan, Champion's operations manager also retired after 30 years of service.

Jesco has been named an authorized Hydrema dealer. Jesco, with three locations in New Jersey, also represents John Deere, JRB, Geith, Worksite Pro attachments, Bomag, Woods and Indeco.
