Prepare tomorrow's leaders today.

Challenge the analytical and problem-solving abilities of your next generation of leaders in the product support arena. AED's 2007 Future Leaders Conference to be held August 15-17 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago is designed to provide your up-and-coming managers with the opportunity to learn from successful industry executives and each other.

Backed by more than 30 years of industry experience, Walter J. McDonald of the McDonald Group will present Product Support as a Competitive Weapon. During the three-day event, McDonald will teach participants how to plan and implement successful parts and service operations.

The conference will cover:

  • How to execute a customer retention best practices audit
  • How to calculate essential quantitative performances
  • How to evaluate discounts
  • How to determine available business
  • How to manage service departments as a successful revenue center
  • How to apply planned maintenance essentials
Participants will have a unique opportunity to gain new ideas and strategies by working together in small groups on product support case studies, and past AED Chairmen will be on hand to offer their insight and expertise.

Conference registration also includes admission to an evening rooftop reception at the Chicago Cubs game vs. the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday, August 15. The rooftop reception is sponsored by TrackCert, an EPG company.
