United Rentals has acquired High Reach Equipment Services. The company has one aerial equipment branch in Norcross, Ga. at 1857 Doan Way, and annual revenues of approximately $11 million.
Dressta North America has appointed Bob Olson manager, distribution planning and development. In this role Olson will oversee the distributor planning and recruitment activities for Dressta in the United States and Canada. Dressta markets the Dressta crawler dozer, wheel loader and crawler loader lines.
De Lage Landen Financial Services, an international provider of asset finance and vendor finance programs to manufacturers and distributors of capital goods, has appointed Thomas Casey as vice president, program and sales management for the company's Materials Handling and Construction business unit. In this position, Casey will be responsible for the oversight of the company's program managers and program sales team dedicated to key global vendors.
De Lage Landen has appointed Jeffrey Gocken vice president, program management in the company's material-handling and construction business unit. He will be responsible for De Lage Landen's global relationship with Manitowoc.
Longview Advantage has been purchased by a group of investors in Vancouver, Canada. Subsequently, Bill Quinney has been named president. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the position. Longview Advantage develops and markets asset tracking, fleet management and theft protection and recovery solutions throughout North America.
