Mark E. Harbaugh has been appointed vice president of Ditch Witch Midwest. He will be responsible for all company operations and activities at their five locations in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Harbaugh is the 2007 President of the Illinois Equipment Distributor Association (IEDA) and chairman of AED's Future Leaders Committee for 2006 and 2007.

Headquartered in Carol Stream, Ill., Ditch Witch Midwest carries a full line of Ditch Witch trenchless, trenchers and plows, electronics, trailers, vacuum excavation and compact utility equipment.

Bill Dovey has been appointed product champion for JLG Industries' scissorlift products. Dovey will be involved in product development, marketing, sales support and applications research.

Recently, JLG celebrated the opening of an expanded parts distribution center in Orrville, Ohio. The distribution center consolidates parts from three facilities into a central location capable of serving JLG's global customers. JLG manufactures access equipment.

Marla Williams has been named marketing manager for Genie Industries' Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) business segment, which includes Genie; Terex Load King trailers; and Terex generators, light towers and power buggies. Williams will be responsible for developing and implementing product marketing strategies for Terex AWP products and services.

Genie Industries recently introduced a new Fleet Services program. The program will facilitate sales through compelling trade packages, provide fleet rationalization services, offer reliable used equipment and provide refurbishment programs for used Genie equipment. The new team is lead by Bob Reuther and Craig Beymer, and it is supported by Brian Tutin, Geof Albertson, Jim Robertson and Carrie Norton.

Genie Industries, a subsidiary of Terex, manufactures material lifts, aerial work platforms, trailer-mounted booms and light towers, scissor lifts, self-propelled telescopic and articulating booms and telehandlers.

Stone Construction Equipment has made several new appointments. Livingstone Treumann has been named Latin America sales manager. Paul Waller will serve as regional manager responsible for the management of the southern region's direct and indirect sales representatives.

Stone also named several new district managers: Mike Sebree, northern Florida; Richard Jeter, Virginia, North and South Carolina; Doug Krasowski, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and the northwest territories of Canada; and Carmen Gibilisco, Delaware, New Jersey, New York City and Long Island, N.Y. Stone manufactures compaction equipment, power trowels, material handling equipment, concrete vibrators and screeds and much more.

MacAllister Machinery Co. has appointed Wade Jones general manager. MacAllister is the Caterpillar dealer for Indiana.


John Michael Paz, president of Godwin Pumps, recently was selected as Executive of the Year by NJ Biz, a weekly business journal covering New Jersey that honor businesses and business leaders for their contributions to the New Jersey business community.

Wirtgen America has named Dale Starry manager of technical development for Hamm Compact Division and Vögele America. He will be responsible for customer product outreach and training. Wirtgen Group markets Wirtgen asphalt reclaiming and recycling equipment, Hamm asphalt and soil compactors, and Vögele asphalt pavers.
