RSC Equipment Rental has named Joe Turturica vice president of human resources. Prior to joining the company, he served as vice president of staffing and associate relations at Penske Truck Leasing.

Kathy Dreyer has been named director of compensation and HRIS for RSC. Her duties include development of new programs that align compensation plans with business objectives and new systems that provide important information for human resources management.

RSC has appointed Brian Ludera director of training and organizational development. He will be responsible for developing and implementing training, performance management and succession planning initiatives.
RSC's new director of communications is Clay Allen. Allen will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic internal and external communications initiatives.


White Oak Equipment has been awarded the Distributor Recognition Program Award by Wacker in recognition of the company's marketing of Wacker products to the construction industry. White Oak Equipment has four Virginia locations; Manassas, Fredericks-burg, Ashland and Chesapeake.

Holt Cat, the Caterpillar dealer for south, central, north and east Texas, announces several new appointments. Arturo Aguero has been named machine sales rep for the Laredo area.

Holt ProTech has named Alan D. Bergstrom Sr. manager. He will oversee daily operations, manage design of training programs and implement technical training. He has more than 28 years experience working with Caterpillar machines and equipment.

Braxton Britting has been named machine division sales rep for the north Dallas and Rockwall county area. Also named a machine sales representative, Richard Spence will serve the Victoria area.

Martin Caballero is Holt Cat's new senior marketing associate for the parts and service department at company headquarters in San Antonio. He brings six years of marketing experience in the manufacturing industry, as well as three years as a foreman and project manager for Yantis Construction.

The new light construction sales representative for the San Antonio area is Carl Payne. He has worked for Holt Cat for two years as an equipment yard technician.

Dan Norris has been named a manager of Holt Development Services. He will be responsible for leading Holt staff in developing Holt's Values Based Leadership curriculum and will help employees and customers reach their developmental goals.

Terry Beall has been named safety and environmental manager and will oversee administration of environmental, health and safety programs at the company. Beall is a certified safety professional and comes has 20 years of management experience in environmental, safety and health programs in the high technology industry.

Ron Riecks has been named CIT Construction's executive vice president and group head. In his new role Riecks will oversee all aspects of the construction division including sales, credit, funding and customer relationships. He will be replacing Roy Keller, who recently retired from CIT after three decades with the company.

His first task in his new role is to support customers through implementation of CIT FASTAPP, designed to help companies secure instant approvals.

CIT Construction is part of CIT Group, a commercial and consumer finance company.

Donald Albert has been named COO of ATI. He has more than 30 years experience in managing national and international companies, including 10 years with Case. ATI manufactures rubber track systems.

McAllister Equipment and Ramco have been named Sakai America distributors.

McAllister, based in Alsip, Ill., will cover Illinois and Indiana. The company has branches in Peoria, Ingleside and Rockford. Ramco will cover the province of Alberta, Canada. Ramco has branches in Pincher Creek, Lethbridge, Taber, Calgary and Red Deer.
