Jessica Held has been named marketing communications manager for Vermeer Manufacturing Co. She will develop corporate marketing objectives and strategies for the industrial product segments, direct global advertising efforts, oversee all branding initiatives and manage and coordinate corporate events, trade shows and public relations efforts. Scott-Gallaher has been named Atlas Copco Construction Tools' Top Hydraulic Dealer of the Year. The award recognizes the dealer with the highest total dollar volume of Atlas Copco hydraulic equipment sales. Scott-Gallaher, headquartered in Colverdale, Va., represents Atlas Copco, Allied, Geith, Genesis, Kobelco, New Holland, Terex and Wacker.

John Hood has been named sales manager for paving and milling products for Bomag Americas. Bomag manufactures light and heavy compaction equipment.

Signature Worldwide, a provider of training and business solutions, has named Sean Morgan account manager for heavy equipment clients. He will be responsible for managing accounts to ensure successful performance, retention and growth for Signature's clients.

Road Machinery & Supplies (RMS) has announced several promotions. David P. Johnson has been appointed COO and he will be responsible for sales, parts and service and all of its non-mining subsidiaries and divisions. Mark Rossi will serve as general manager of RMS Rentals.

RMS, based in Savage, Minn., represents a number of manufacturers, including Ingersoll Rand, Komatsu, Blaw-Knox, Link Belt, Gomaco and Grove Crane. The company is celebrating its 80th year.

Maintainer Corp. of Iowa has appointed Blake Beahler general manager. Maintainer builds and markets service truck and lubrication bodies.

Stafford has named Thomas Morningstar vice president of product support. He is responsible for overseeing parts and service operations for Stafford's nine locations. Headquartered in Tifton, Ga., Stafford represents Link-Belt, Terex, Liebherr, Shuttlelift, Hyundai, Vibromax, Gomaco, Kobelco and others.
