Astec Underground, a manufacturer of equipment for the underground construction market, has opened a new dealership in Long Branch, N.J., Astec Underground North Atlantic. Four managers were recently appointed at Doosan Infracore America. Ron Hadaway is now Midwest region sales manager responsible for distribution and sales in Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and North and South Dakota.
Doosan's new southwest region sales manager is Brian Myers. He will cover Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
Doosan also named John M. Gallagher and Rob Williams as service managers. Doosan is responsible for North American sales, service, and technical support of all Daewoo machine tools, construction equipment, lift trucks, skid steer loaders and mini-excavators.
Bill Bordelon has been named general construction sales manager responsible for the southern region for Holt Cat. In addition, Mark Eades has been named rental sales representative for the Longview area. Holt Cat is the Caterpillar dealer for south, central, north, and northeast Texas.
Abilene New Holland, based in Abilene, Texas, has been named a Sakai America dealer for Northwest Texas. Sakai manufactures vibratory soil and asphalt compactors, static rollers and soil stabilizers.
Fabick Cat has appointed Brian Smyth sales manager for Fabick Rents. He will be responsible for rental revenue growth, as well as the management of all rental representatives. Fabick CAT, located in Fenton, Mo., is the Caterpillar dealer covering mid and southern Missouri and southern Illinois.
JLG has named David Baxter director of North American marketing and market development. Baxter will be responsible for marketing communications, product management, market research, economic analysis, branding and merchandising. JLG manufactures aerial-work platforms and telehandlers.
Felco's new sales manager for the northeastern United States and eastern Canada is Eric Clark.
Kristi Damstrom also has joined Felco's sales team as the new territory sales manager for the southeastern United States, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Felco manufactures compaction buckets and bedding and backfill conveyor systems.
Joseph Cunningham has been named vice president of marketing and sales for Stone Construction Equipment. He will be responsible for the management of the marketing and domestic sales divisions of the company.
In addition, Terry Sullivan was recently honored with the company's highest recognition - the President's Award. This award is given to the district sales manager who best exemplifies Stone's philosophy and values of respect, trust, communication and development. Sullivan was also honored for his commitment and partnership approach when dealing with customers. Stone Construction Equipment manufactures compaction equipment.
Runnion Equipment Co. recently was named a Potain dealer for the Midwest. Potain is part of the Manitowoc Crane Group. Runnion Equipment, based in Lyons, Ill., represents National Crane, Fassi, Trail King, Lift-All, Arm Lift, Prentice and Tadano.
